- Make ready 1 Cup of pasta twists.
- Take 4 tbls of passata tomato juice.

- Cook the Pasta shells. Then when cooked drain them and leave to go cold. Add the courgette and Aubergine for the last few minutes of the boiling pasta then drain and add to a bowl. Add the lemon and Basil vinegarette set aside..
- Cut the tomatoes in quarters add to a mixing bowl with cucumber diced. And cooked pancetta. Also red sweet bell pepper..
