  1. Take 1 of Whole grain bread slice.
  2. Prepare 1 of hard boiled egg.
  3. It’s 1/2 of capsicum.
  4. Prepare 1/2 of tomato.
  5. Take 2 tsp of Mayonnaise.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Oregano.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of Chilli flakes.

Protein Rich Slice instructions

  1. Take slice of whole grain bread..
  2. On Bread add one hard sliced boiled egg and also put some capsicum,tomato on it..
  3. Now sprinkle pinch of oregano and chilliflakes..
  4. Spread some mayonnaise on it or you can also add mozerrla cheese..
  5. For garnishing add some coriander leaves..
  6. After that, bake it in oven at 220 degree celcisus for 10mins..
  7. Now yummy protein rich slice is ready..
