  1. Take a chopping board and cut all veggies into medium sizes. Now prepare a batter by mixing Besan, salt, haldi power, rice flour, red chilli powder, sweet soda by adding some water. The batter should not be runny..
  2. Now switch on the gas flame and place a Kadhai there and pour oil for deep frying it. Now dip all veggies in the prepared batter and fry in the oil from both the sides. Also fry the green chillies. When it get crisp and change it colour then bring them out from the oil and turn off the gas. Serve it with puffed rice..
