You can cook Inari Sushi using 7 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients of Inari Sushi

  1. You need 2 cups of steamed rice.
  2. You need 2 tsp of rice vinegar.
  3. Take 1/2 tsp of salt.
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp of furikake (I used wakame and egg type. You can substitute this with other furikake, beef/chicken floss, etc.).
  5. Make ready As needed of Shredded chicken for the filling (you can also use tuna, egg, kani, etc.).
  6. Make ready To taste of Sesame seeds for topping.
  7. Prepare 8 of ready-to-use inari age (fried tofu pouched immersed in sweet shoyu).

Inari Sushi step by step

  1. Mix rice with salt, rice vinegar, and furikake. Stir occasionally until well combined..
  2. Wet your hands and form a ball. Flatten it and put chicken or another filling inside. Wrap the filling with more rice if necessary and insert into an inari age..
  3. Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients..
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds..
