Ingredients of Inari Sushi
- You need 2 cups of steamed rice.
- You need 2 tsp of rice vinegar.
- Take 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of furikake (I used wakame and egg type. You can substitute this with other furikake, beef/chicken floss, etc.).
- Make ready As needed of Shredded chicken for the filling (you can also use tuna, egg, kani, etc.).
- Make ready To taste of Sesame seeds for topping.
- Prepare 8 of ready-to-use inari age (fried tofu pouched immersed in sweet shoyu).
Inari Sushi step by step
- Mix rice with salt, rice vinegar, and furikake. Stir occasionally until well combined..
- Wet your hands and form a ball. Flatten it and put chicken or another filling inside. Wrap the filling with more rice if necessary and insert into an inari age..
- Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients..
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds..
