Ingredients of Protein Rich Dosa

  1. Prepare 2 cup of Yellow moong dal.
  2. Take 1 cup of green moong dal.
  3. It’s 1/4 cup of chana dal.
  4. Make ready 2-3 of dry red chillies.
  5. Take 4-5 of green chillies.
  6. Make ready 1 tsp of ginger.
  7. You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  8. Take 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  9. You need to taste of salt.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of black salt.
  11. Make ready 2 tsp of Coriander leaves.
  12. It’s as needed of oil for cooking.

Protein Rich Dosa step by step

  1. Soak dal for around 4 hrs.
  2. Grind the dal with dry red chilli, green chilli and ginger.
  3. Pour the batter to a pan & add all the spices..
  4. Heat a tawa… pour 1/2tbsp batter and spread outward to make a dosa..
  5. Apply some oil.. flip and cook from both the sides..
  6. Serve with chutney..
