- It’s of for chicken marination.
- It’s 1 of whole chicken.(approx 1.25 kg)is mine.
- You need 3 tbs of yogurt.
- Take 1 tsp of salt.
- Take 1 tbs of red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1 tbs of dhania powder.
- You need 1/2 tbs of zeera powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Take 1/2 tbs of kashmiri lal mirch.
- Make ready of for musalam gravy.
- Make ready 14-15 of kaju.
- You need 2 tbs of khashkash.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of almond.
- Take 1 cup of fried onion.

- Take 1/2 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.

- Make ready 2 cup of rice.
- Prepare of water for boil rice as you required.

- In a bowl add yogurt,salt,kashmiri red chilli powder,dhania powder,zeera powder.and mix well now in a chicken make deep cuts.and keep all masala marinate in chicken and let it rest for 6 to 8 hours…..
- Now in a blender add,almond,kashkash,kaju and blend it until powder..now in blender add fried onion and water and blend it…and set aside….
- In a wok add water,salt and boil it.now aad rice until it done..drain rice water and let it keep on dumm….
- Now after 6 to 8 hours in stuff marinated chicken center part open add half rice and keep tie the whole chicken with chicken thread use skewers to hold the chicken together..
- Now in a wok add oil and add stuff marinated chicken and fry from all side until golden brown.now cover and cook it on 6 to 8 minute. now remove out chicken from walk remove excess oil from wok.add almond,kaju,kashkash,onion mixture.we make ππ.now add yogurt and mix gently.now add salt,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,dhania powder,zeera powder and mix add water in it.and cook it until water dry then add deep chicken in masala in this mixture and cook until little oil comes out..
- Then in a tray place whole chicken and on the side of tray place remaining rice.then on remaining rice add remaining chicken masala..and in a mini cup add remaining masala.and keep this cup in the side of tray.then on then other side of tray put some onion and sprinkle some chopped coriander….now this is ready to be eat.. it was yumm..
