Ingredients of Gajar Ka halwa
- You need 6 cup of grated carrot.
- It’s 2 tbspn of ghee.
- Take 3 cup of milk.
- Make ready 1 of n half cup sugar (can add more or less as per taste).
- Prepare 1 of tspn cardimon powder.
- Prepare of Dryfruits for garnishing.
Gajar Ka halwa instructions
- Heat oil in a heavy bottom vessel add grated carrot saute it for 5 minutes than add 1 cup milk and mix it well and let it cover n cook for 7-10 minutes stir in between…
- Now the carrot is soft add the remaining milk and cook it on middium flame and stir in between for 10-15 minutes…
- When the milk is almost dried add some dryfruits and sugar and mix again and let it cook till it start becoming thick…
- Once it start being thick and started separating from vessel switch off the flame and let it cool.. Gajar Ka halwa is ready to serve.. Garnish it with dryfruits…
