Chicken Kebabs In Creamy Capsicum Gravy step by step

  1. Grind the chicken mince along with garlic, green chillies, coriander powder, ginger powder and soy sauce. Remove in a bowl. Add the coriander leaves, onions, pepper and bread crumbs. Mix well. And prepare balls. Heat some oil/ ghee in a non stick pan. Add the mince kebab and shallow fry them till golden..
  2. Grind the capsicum, green chillies, garlic, zeer and curd to a paste. Heat ghee/ oil in a vessel. Add the ground paste and cook for a few minutes. Add the salt and mix well..
  3. Once the gravy is well cooked add in the cream and the fried kebabs. Let them simmer for a few minutes. Switch off the flame. Heat the piece of coal, place it on a piece of foil inside the vessel. Pour some ghee over it, cover the lid and let it sit for 10 minutes. Enjoy with naan!.
